Upon purchase of a DNA test, you have 6 months to use the sample collection kits and mail them back to ExceedMDx Genetic Testing for processing. If the samples are not received by ExceedMDx Genetic Testing within 6 months of the purchase date the test will be suspended and should you wish to proceed a new test can be ordered at that time.
If the DNA test is cancelled before ExceedMDx Genetic Testing sends out the sample collection devices, a refund less a $25 administration fee can be requested. If the sample collection devices have already been sent out, but ExceedMDx Genetic Testing has not yet received the samples, there are no refunds.
Once ExceedMDx Genetic Testing receives all returned sample collection devices, a refund is no longer possible.
